WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR ITEMS?
Literally everywhere from all over the world- we are constantly sourcing! There isn't any one specific place we get our pieces! When we treasure hunt, we take it seriously....and we HUNT! Flipping thrift stores upside down, searching high and low for hours and hours and hours, specifically choosing only the most awesome vintage pieces that catch our attention! It's an extreme sport & we wouldn't have it any other way!
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
All garments and their condition are described to the best of our ability, taking note of even the smallest details - no matter how minor! However being only human, it is still a possibility to miss things! Keep in mind, you are purchasing authentic vintage clothing that has been hanging out on this planet probably longer than you have! Therefore, these garments are by all means, not going to be flawless! If you have any particular questions or concerns about any items..feel free to contact us!

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
If we are lucky enough to come across the same item twice, yes! If the item is a popular handmade / boutique / up-cycled item, maybe! If it's a super rare vintage piece, probably not so if you see it and like it and want it, ya better grab it!
IS EVERYTHING YOU SELL VINTAGE?
90% of our merchandise is authentic, sustainably sourced vintage. The other small portion of items we sell are ethically curated through various small businesses, handmade / up-cycled by us, etc! Detailed information about each product we carry can be found in its description, as well as reflected within the price! The "nostalgia" items we carry although are not true vintage, rather vintage inspired & can be easily identified through any price that has a ".99" at the end of it! If the price ends in ".00" that item is at least 20 years old and is truly a unique gem!
ARE YOUR ITEMS FROM A SMOKE FREE / PET FREE ENVIRONMENT?
Smoke free, abso-freakin-lutely! Pet free, ehhh not so much! Our shop is home based & inventory is kept strictly away from our animals reach, however we cannot guarantee that they wont want to help pack our orders! We always remain mindful of the possibility that stray hairs may find their way to our garments anyway, by carefully packing and observing each order with the utmost care and attention to detail! We are only human though, so sometimes things can be missed! We strongly recommend anyone with severe pet allergies to use their best judgement of their allergy prior to ordering & wash their garments upon receiving them!

WHERE DO YOU NORMALLY POP UP TO SHOP IRL?
We are based out of Charlotte NC & try our best to pop up in as many exclusive vintage markets as possible within that surrounding area. We are known to frequent: Charlotte, Raleigh & Charleston the most, but be sure to check out our events calendar for any shopping experiences near you! Ya never really know where we will end up next ...especially once we finally get our very own van!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT POP UPS?
We try to make it as easy as possible to shop with us IRL, so we accept: Cash, Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, & Cash App! This is subject to change in the future though.

WHY CANT I FILTER BY SIZE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Vintage clothing sizing is VERY weird! What something is labeled isn't always how it fits in modern day sizing. We don't filter by size for the reason that doing so may make you miss out on a gem that would fit you! We list the size in the title of the listing so it's easy to know right away as you're scrolling. The real answer however is within the measurements provided! We strongly encourage you to grab something out of your closet that fits you well & compare measurements on that garment laying flat, to the measurements of our listings!
